Introduction
Tradie Forms supports compliance, daily operational, and customer forms for Australian trades
Tradie Forms is one place for the paperwork tradies actually use: compliance certificates, daily operational records, and customer-facing documents. Every template is a guided web form with validation, snippets, and PDF export — not a flat PDF you fight in a viewer.
Three form types

What every template does
Whether compliance, operational, or customer-facing, each template in Tradie Forms:
- Walks you through logical sections with progress and validation
- Autosaves your work so you can stop and resume
- Lets you reuse snippets for repeat details (business block, site info, and more)
- Generates a completed PDF from your entries
Tradie Forms prepares compliance documents. It does not lodge forms with regulators or networks on your behalf. You remain responsible for checking every field before use.
Who it is for
Tradie Forms is built for tradies and small teams who need repeatable, accurate paperwork across jobs. We are adding more states and trades over time; each new form uses the same guided workflow you already know.
The public template library starts with compliance forms for electricians in NSW. Operational and customer templates are added as we go; you can also request a custom form for your business. Section-level help for compliance templates lives under Form guides.
