Presets

Save and load full-form snapshots on a paid plan

Presets save a whole form snapshot for one template. Use them when many jobs start from the same answers.

When to use a preset

Use a preset for:

  • Repeat job types with the same starting selections
  • Standard business defaults on a template
  • A known baseline that you edit per job

Use saved details instead when you only need one reusable section, such as licence or business details.

Each preset shows the template it came from and when it was last updated. Create one from the form toolbar, then rename or delete it here.

Save a preset

Prepare the reusable values

Open a cloud-saved form on a paid plan, then fill the values you want to reuse.

Open Presets

Select Presets from the form toolbar, then select New preset.

Name and save it

Use a clear name that will make sense on the next job, then select Save preset.

You can also manage saved presets from Presets in the sidebar.

Load a preset

Open the matching template

Presets belong to one template, so start the same form you used when saving it.

Choose the preset

Open Presets, select the saved preset, then confirm the load.

Check this job

Update customer, site, dates, readings, serial numbers, and any other job-specific values before download.

Loading a preset replaces current form values. Use it before you do detailed job-specific entry.

Personal and team presets

  • Personal presets are yours only
  • Team presets belong to the active business workspace
  • Presets do not move between unrelated templates

Saved details

Reuse smaller blocks such as business or licence details.

Business logo

Save your workspace logo and stamp it on supported form fields

Smart search

Address search, ABN lookup, and licence search on a paid plan, with manual entry always available
