Presets
Save and load full-form snapshots on a template with Pro
Presets let you capture an entire form’s current values and reload them later on the same template. Handy for repeat job types or starting from a known baseline.

Saving a preset
- Open a form (cloud draft on Pro)
- Fill the values you want in the snapshot
- From the toolbar, open Presets → Save preset
- Name it so you recognise it later
Loading a preset
From Presets in the sidebar or the toolbar while filling a form:
- Choose the template you are working on
- Select a saved preset
- Confirm — current values are replaced
Loading a preset overwrites unsaved changes. Save or finish your draft first if you might need what is on screen now.
Personal vs team
Presets belong to whichever account you are using:
- Personal Pro: presets are yours only
- Team: presets can be shared with the business (same as cloud drafts)
Free accounts do not get the presets library; use snippets for partial reuse instead.
