Billing
Free, Pro, and Team plans, PDF limits, and billing for Tradie Forms
Payments are handled securely through Stripe (our payment provider). Open Billing for your current plan, usage, and invoices.
Free is for trying Tradie Forms and light monthly use:
- Fill and preview public templates (you can fill without signing in)
- Autosave on this device for public templates
- 3 PDF downloads per calendar month (includes regenerations)
- 3 completed forms visible in history
- Save snippets; cannot apply snippets without Pro
- PDF tools — try in browser without signing in; Pro required to download output
Upgrade when you need cloud drafts, unlimited exports, and Pro tools.
Pro (solo) is for individual tradies:
- Unlimited PDF downloads
- Cloud drafts on any device (personal account)
- Smart address and licence search (where the template supports it)
- Apply saved snippets and full presets
- PDF tools download
- Job system integrations (ServiceM8 import; more partners coming)
- Full completed history
Display pricing: $8 AUD/month or $80 AUD/year (annual saves two months vs monthly).
Team is for shared business accounts:
- Everything in Pro for each member on the team
- 5 members included; extra seats billed per member
- Shared cloud drafts, history, and team snippets
- PDF audit trail — stored copies of every export for re-download
Display pricing: $24 AUD/month or $240 AUD/year; extra member $5/month or $50/year.

On the free plan, both new downloads and regenerations from completed forms count toward your 3 downloads per calendar month.
Upgrading and invoices
- Open Billing or Team
- Choose monthly or annual billing
- Complete checkout
- View invoices and update your card from the billing portal link
The person who owns the team account usually manages the Team subscription. Members get Pro features while working in that team.
Payment issues
If payment fails, update your card from the billing portal in Billing. Contact support@tradieforms.com.au if access does not come back after a successful payment.
