Teams

Team is for businesses that want one shared account: cloud drafts, completed history, and shared snippets under one subscription.

Shared business account

When you switch to your team in the account menu:

• New cloud drafts belong to the business
• Snippets and presets saved while on the team are shared with members
• Integrations connected for the team are shared (team admins manage connection)
• Billing for the team plan is on that business account

Each person can belong to one team in Tradie Forms.

Switching workspace

Use the account menu (top of the sidebar) to switch between:

• Personal — your solo account and personal drafts
• Your business — shared team workspace

What you create follows whichever workspace is active. Double-check the menu before starting a big job so drafts land in the right place.

Where to manage your team

Team admins handle billing, invites, and integrations. Members fill forms and use shared library items.

Team plan includes

• 5 members included in the base Team price
• Extra seats billed per additional member
• Pro features for every member on the team: unlimited PDF downloads, cloud drafts, snippets, address search, presets, PDF tools download, integrations
• Shared drafts, completed history, and snippet library
• PDF audit trail — stored copies of every export for re-download from form history

Display pricing (AUD, check the app for current checkout):

• Team: $24/month or $240/year
• Extra member: $5/month or $50/year per seat beyond the included five

Solo Pro vs Team

Solo Pro on a personal account does not share drafts with your crew. You need the Team plan on your business account for that.
