Integrations
Connect job systems and import site details into forms
Open Integrations in the sidebar under Library to connect external job systems. Integrations help you pull job numbers, addresses, and customer details into form fields so you are not re-typing on site.
Requirements
- Pro or Team subscription
- An account with the job system you want to connect

Tradify and Fergus are listed in the app as coming soon — same goal: import job context and attach finished PDFs when they launch.
How import works on a form
While filling a signed-in form on Pro:
- Look for the link icon beside supported text or date fields
- Choose your connected integration
- Pick a job, then tap the field value you want (address, customer name, job number, etc.)
Imported values replace what is in the field. Your last selected job is remembered for the session so you can fill several fields on one cert quickly.
Team accounts
- Connections are per workspace — personal or the team you have selected in the account menu
- Team admins connect or disconnect integrations for the whole crew
- Members use the same connection when that team is active
