SA backflow paperwork scatters after the test

What slows licensed testers on the OTR backflow report.

Same owner and device details every year
Valve location contacts, file number, and device location should not be rebuilt from scratch on each Adelaide or regional visit.
Valve readings buried in PDF tables
RPZD, SCVT, DCV, PVB, and SPVB result rows are easy to skip on a flat PDF on your phone.
OTR wants the PDF within seven days
Generic PDF editors do not match the Office of the Technical Regulator field order or lodgement expectations.
