Saved details
Save and prefill reusable form details: business, licence, customer, site, and other section blocks
Saved details are named snapshots of a section. Use them for business and licence blocks you reuse across forms, and for catalogues on a single form such as work type. You can keep many named variants of the same section.
Manage them on Saved details, next to your signature and business logo. Use the Templates filter to show all records, one form, or one section.

Where they appear
Form details appear only on sections that support them. Common examples include:
- NSW fire safety declarant details
- NSW asbestos clearance client and declarant details
- ACMA TCA1 provider details
- NT Gas Works business and gasfitter details
- QLD plumbing responsible person, contractor, applicant, or tester details
- QLD building competent person, inspector, certifier, owner, or licensee details
- QLD fire safety contractor and licensee details
- TAS plumbing plumber details
- VIC pesticide operator and client details
The exact fields depend on the template.
Save form details
New form details are created from a form, not from the Saved details page. That way the fields go through the same validation as the form section.
Fill the supported section
Enter the business, licence, person, or provider details you want to reuse.
Select Save for reuse
Select Save for reuse in the section header. On a narrow form it appears as Save.
Name and save it
Give the details a clear name when needed, then save them to your personal or active team workspace.
You must be signed in to save form details.
If you are signed out, the section header shows Save for reuse instead. It opens sign-up so you can keep the details.
Edit and delete
Open Saved details to rename, edit field values, set defaults, or delete existing entries.
Prefill form details
Open a supported section
Start the new form and open the section you want to fill.
Choose the saved details
Select Prefill in the section header. If one set is stored, it fills straight away. If several are stored, search and choose from the list.
Check this job
Confirm every imported value and update anything that is specific to the customer, site, or job before download.
Free users can save form details, but prefilling them on new forms requires a paid plan.
Prefill replaces the stored fields in that section. Use Undo in the success message if you need to restore what was there before. The Prefill menu also links to Manage saved details when you need to edit the stored entry.
Defaults
If you save more than one set of details for the same section, mark the one you use most as the default. The prefill picker shows the default first, but you can still choose another saved detail when the job needs it.
On a paid plan, empty business, person, and licence blocks on new forms can fill from your defaults automatically when that section has a declared identity map with a name or ABN. Turn that off under Settings with Automatically apply default saved details. Customer and site details still need Prefill so each job stays intentional. A business block on another form may only fill the shared fields (name, ABN, phone, email, address). Form-specific extras stay for you to check.
Personal and team form details
- Personal form details belong to your account
- Team form details belong to the selected business workspace
- Team members can use shared form details while the team workspace is active
