Snippets

Save reusable form blocks, apply them on new forms, and manage your snippet library

Snippets are reusable blocks of form data — your business details, licence block, site info, and anything you fill the same way on every job.

Where to manage snippets

Open Snippets in the sidebar. You can:

  • View snippets by form and type
  • Edit or delete saved entries
  • Set a default where the template supports it

Saving from a form

When a section offers snippet save:

  1. Fill the fields you want to reuse
  2. Tap Save on the snippet toolbar
  3. Name the snippet (optional) and confirm

You must be signed in to save. Free users can save snippets but need Pro (or a team on Pro) to apply them on a new form.

Applying on a new form

  1. Open the section that supports snippets
  2. Choose Apply and pick a saved snippet or your default
  3. Fields fill in — adjust job-specific values before you export

On a team account, snippets are shared. Everyone on the team can use the same library.

What gets stored

Depends on the template. Typical snippet blocks include name and contact details, licence numbers and expiry, and business address. See the matching Form guide for the fields on your template.
