Address search
Look up Australian addresses on Pro and fill street, suburb, and postcode automatically
On templates that include address blocks, Pro and Team users can search for an Australian address and auto-fill street, suburb, state, and postcode.
Where it appears
Address search shows on address sections in the form — for example customer or installation blocks on compliance templates. Wording on the button may say Show address fields when you want to type or edit manually.
How to use it
- Start typing in the address search box
- Pick a suggestion from the list
- Check the filled fields — adjust unit, lot, or cross street if needed
- Use Show address fields to reveal or hide the full address grid for manual edits
When a place is selected, you can open the map preview to confirm the pin looks right.
Free users can still type addresses manually. Tapping the search field on Free shows an upgrade prompt for smart address search.
Tips on site
- Search picks the postal address — always confirm lot/RMB or unit numbers for rural and multi-dwelling jobs
- Customer and installation addresses are separate blocks when the template has both — search each one
- If lookup fails, type the address in the manual fields; you can still complete and export the form
