Site packs
Keep forms, send steps, and job records together for each site.
Site packs keep the forms and handover steps for one site or customer job in one place. They are available on Pro and Team plans.
Tradie Forms does not lodge forms with regulators or councils for you. Packs help you finish forms on site, export PDFs, and keep track of what you lodged, emailed, handed over, or kept on file.
Turn on site packs
Open Settings, then turn on Site packs under Features. This shows Packs in the sidebar and adds pack links on form rows.
You need Pro or Team because packs are saved to your account or team workspace.
What a pack includes
Each site pack can hold:
- Forms from your account (new forms, drafts, or finished forms)
- Handover steps to lodge through a portal, email, post, hand to the customer, or keep on file
- Job history showing status changes, notes, and references you record
Create a pack
- Open Packs in the sidebar.
- Select New site pack.
- Enter the site title and customer, or import the job from ServiceM8, Fergus, or Xero.
- Add forms from the pack detail page.
Link an existing form
If you already started a form:
- Open the form row menu on Drafts or Completed.
- Choose Add to site pack and pick the pack.
You can also add forms from the pack detail page with Add existing form.
Handover steps
When you finish a form in a pack, Tradie Forms can add the usual handover steps for that form. Update each step as you lodge, email, post, hand over, or keep a copy on file.
Close a pack
When everything is done, close the pack from the pack detail menu. Closed packs stay in your list for reference.
