# NT CoC Addendum (/docs/form-guides/electrical/nt/nt-electrical-coc-addendum)

The **NT Electrical Safety Certificate of Compliance - Addendum** captures extra details for specified work recorded with a hard-copy NT certificate of compliance.

[NT WorkSafe says](https://worksafe.nt.gov.au/electrical-safety/information-for-electrical-industry/certificate-of-compliance) electrical contractors and workers using hard-copy certificate books must use the addendum for the listed work types. Check the current instructions before you lodge or send the finished paperwork.
