1. The scope matches your QBCC licence class.
2. The property, building, extent, and location identify the exact aspect work.
3. The basis and reference documents support the certification.

5. The approval-to-inspect date is the date received from the building certifier.
6. Your name, licence class and number, signature, and date are complete.
