# Business logo (/docs/features/saved-details/business-logo)



Save your business logo once for the workspace, then reuse it on supported logo fields. On a team, everyone shares the same logo. It is not stored inside each business form-details row.

## Where to manage it [#where-to-manage-it]

Open [**Saved details**](https://tradieforms.com.au/app/saved-details) and use the **Business logo** card at the top of the page to:

* View your current logo
* Upload or replace it
* Remove it

Use a **JPG**, **PNG**, or **WebP** file up to **5 MB**.

## Use on a form [#use-on-a-form]

On a supported logo field:

1. Start a new form on Solo or Team, or open **Prefill** on a business form-details block that stamps the logo
2. Check the logo before download if this job needs a different stamp

On some forms, your workspace logo may prefill automatically when you start a new form (Solo or Team). Turn that off under [Settings](https://tradieforms.com.au/app/settings) with **Automatically apply saved logo**.

## Workspace logo [#workspace-logo]

* On a personal Solo account, the logo belongs to your personal workspace
* On Team, the logo belongs to the active business workspace and is shared with members
* Changing the logo updates what new forms can prefill. Check existing drafts if the job already has a different image

## Clear or change for a job [#clear-or-change-for-a-job]

If a form needs a different logo for this job, replace or clear the field before download. Uploading a new logo on Saved details overwrites the previous workspace logo.

## PDF tools [#pdf-tools]

To stamp a logo onto an existing PDF outside a guided form, use [Add logo](/docs/features/pdf-tools) under Tools. That tool accepts a file for that job and does not change your saved workspace logo.
